These little "purses" made from tender pasta, are filled with an ethereal ricotta cheese blend touched with a generous splash of white truffle oil. They are all things good pasta should be: rich, delicate, light, full of wonderful flavors, and absolutely addictive. Bring 10 qt. of water to a rolling boil, add coarse ground salt. Add frozen product to water, stir gently. For al dente pasta cook 6-7 minutes, drain well. Serve immediately with your favorite sauce or toss with butter.

Dough: Duram Flour (Durum Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Pasteurized Eggs, Water.

Stuffing: Ricotta Cheese, White Truffle Pecorino Cheese, Mozzarella, Sweet Provola Cheese, Panko, Pasteurized Egg.
