Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven 375°F. Open the pouch with beef short ribs and place into a small baking pan. Cook in oven for 22-25 minutes.
While ribs are in oven, bring a medium sized pot of water to boil and remove from heat. Place sauce pouches in water and cover. When short ribs are heated through, remove from oven and place on plate. Cut corner of sauce pouch and empty contents on top of short ribs ensuring that the meat is covered with sauce.
