Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and open plastic bag and place Lamb Shank in oven safe container and bake for 15 minutes, from thawed, 25 - 30 minutes if product is frozen. Stove top: Boil water, and place Lamb Shanks still in sealed plastic bag into the boiling water for 15 - 20 minutes, from thawed, if frozen 25 - 30 minutes.
