Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees, peel open the pouch and place the meat and sauce in a small baking pan. Discard plastic pouch. Place baking pan in the oven for 32-35 minutes from frozen or 17-19 minutes from thawed. Place meat and sauce onto a plate.
