Keep frozen until 1 to 2 days before preparation. Thaw in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove the film from the roast. Place the roast in a roasting pan and place in oven. After 20 minutes, turn the roast and continue to cook for approximately 10 additional minutes. Remove from the oven when the roast reaches an internal temperature of 145°F to 150°F. Once the roast is removed from the oven, cover it with foil and place it on a cutting board to rest 10-15 minutes prior to carving.
