Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Oven- Preheat oven to 350. Pour into an oven safe dish and cover with foil. Bake for 22-25 minutes.and allow to rest for 2 minutes. Stove Top: Pour contents of pouch into a small non-stick pot. Add 2 tablespoons of water and cover. Heat over medium heat for 8 minutes, stirring every two minutes.Allow to set for 2 minutes before serving.
