Baking directions: Thaw tarts for 1-3 hours in the refrigerator. Remove from plastic tray and place on a greased baking sheet, and bake in an oven preheated @ 375 F for approximately 20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Switch oven to broil on High, and leave for an additional 3-5 minutes or until the egg white turns white. Cooking times can vary slightly based on oven and broiler temperatures, and number of tarts cooked. Do not microwave.
