Keep frozen until the day you are ready to cook. Leave the top on the soufflé and thaw it in the container in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours before cooking. Do not put in the toaster oven. Allow soufflé to come to room temperature before baking. Then, preheat oven to 350 degrees for at least 10 minutes. Remove lid from pan. Place the soufflé container, with lid removed, onto baking sheet to support the contents. Heat for approximately 20 minutes or until heated through, but not too dry on top. After removing the soufflé from the oven, allow it to stand for 3 minutes before serving.
