These colossal crab cakes are huge! They are made from the same recipe as our Chesapeake Bay Perfect Crab Cakes™ but sized for hearty appetites. We use only the finest hand picked crab meat in all our signature crab cakes. Loaded with crab, we add just the right amount of our signature binders and seasonings, using a crab cake recipe that has been perfected over many years. These Chesapeake Bay colossal crab cakes are a sight to behold, and to eat! Each order contains eight 6 oz. crab cakes, simply bake and serve.

Baking: (preferred method) From frozen - Preheat oven to 375 degrees Brush tops of crab cakes with a thin layer of mayonnaise, or a little bit of melted butter. Spray a cookie sheet with a thin layer of no-stick cooking spray. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly on top. For an extra crispy crab cake, turn on broiler for last 2-4 minutes of baking.

Pan Fry: Thaw completely under refrigeration then cook covered in frying pan at medium temperature for approximately 8-9 minutes per side. Crab cakes may be cooked from a frozen state using a lower temperature and cooking for a longer period of time.
