Defrost before baking or leave the product overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 380°F (360°F if using convection). Bake for approximately 12 minutes. Buns should be nicely browned when done. After baking, let tray rest for 45 seconds, then turn the tray upside down on your serving platter.

*If baking from frozen, add 6-8 minutes in oven. Note: Ovens vary; if the buns are not baked thoroughly, lower the temperature by 10 degrees and add 2 minutes. If the buns are dry, raise the temperature by 10 degrees and deduct 2 minutes. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze dough after defrosting. Raw products must be cooked thoroughly to 165°F before consumption. Temperature and baking time are suggestions only, since ovens vary.
