Oven: Refrigerate product 24 hours prior to cooking. Remove beef wellington from vacuum package. Place beef in a shallow baking pan or a cookie sheet. Pre-heat the oven to 400°F. Put beef wellington in the oven. Cook for 60-70 minutes at 400°F. Times may vary so check that internal temperature of beef wellington is at least 150°F. Remove on to plate. Let rest for 5-10 minutes.
