Egg Crepes

A great way to start any day, these egg crepes will make any breakfast or brunch special. Tender hand-made crepes are filled with fresh eggs and sauteed onions, and a special blend of Cheddar and Feta cheeses. As with much great cuisine, using a few, high-quality ingredients and a mastery of technique yields an elegant, delicious dish. Fifteen 2 oz. crepes, serves 4-6.

Cook from a frozen state.
Stove Top: Place Crepini in a lightly buttered non-stick frying pan and cook on low heat until heated through and golden brown on all sides.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place Crepini on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes until heated through and golden brown.
